SynergyOps, together with our parent company Regal Ware, is proud to partner with Moraine Park Technical College in support of its new Advanced Manufacturing Center on their West Bend campus. Our support helps prepare tomorrow's skilled workforce that fuels both our business and our community—strengthening the bridge between education and industry while inspiring the next generation of innovators. SynergyOps offers MPTC students real-world exposure and another path to a career in manufacturing - to date, we’ve welcomed a number of former students and apprentices into our tool room and across our operations.
